My name is calii , I’m 24 years old and I’m from Albany ga , I’m a musical artist , moved to ATLANTA around 2016 After I graduated high school and have been pursuing music ever since then.

I started music because I always knew that I was meant for it , music has been in my life since forever and the other interesting things I’ve tried to do wasn’t working out so I decided to tap into my art full time , the biggest problem with that was, my breathing and breath control was completely abnormal during my time to perform. Mainly due to the amount weight that I’ve had at the time ,285lbs to be exact, it became toxic to me each performance , a little later my best friend, Taris, died in 2020 and one of the things that she’s always tried to make an effort to do was link up lose weight. Seeing her lose that weight, which was an extreme amount, inspired to stop wasting time… shortly with in the next year in summer I found myself in a break up along with stress and happy weight I was feeling stuck and it made me depressed. But something in me said , “No.. I will not be left the same as before  “ ,  but a lil after that closer to the the holidays that same year my grandfather dies , both grandparents go in due to Covid 19 but only one comes out , so that also contributed to my excessive weight gain.
