Fitness Journey begins..

After stepping off that scale I said “No more” and I ran a mile everyday from October all the way to February along with intermittent fasting , that took me from 285 to 245… Shortly after I met blaire she took me in and tested out her workout method with me , which by the way is 10/10 recommended if you desire to lose weight , and the results that I’ve seen boosted my confidence and changed my lifestyle, with video proof she’s taught me how to do pull ups; now I’m at a full 5 pull-ups with no problem!! listen I’m not here to BS anyone blaire is a dynamic worker and she knows what she is talking about when it comes to fitness and body sculpting… please !! Do Not Sleep on this workout program !! I went throughout my whole life believing I was always gonna be obese and started to settle in my plus size skin , but after doing this workout plan I proved even my self wrong… by all means TAP IN 🗣️🗣️
